Matthias Hamburg of Sogeti Elected as ISTQB® Glossary Vice Chair

Duesseldorf, 28the May 2014 - Dr. Matthias Hamburg has been elected as the vice-chair of the ISTQB® Working Group Glossary. The election by ISTQB®’s national Member Boards took place at the general assembly in San Francisco (California) on the 28th of March 2014. The mandate for this international position is valid for two years. 

“My voluntary engagement in the German Testing Board e.V. and in the international association ISTQB® is motivated by the desire to contribute to software testing professionalism in our society. The ISTQB® Glossary of Testing Terms is an important building block of our body of knowledge, assuring consistent terminology across this knowledge domain of ever growing complexity. My main goal for the current election period is to further enhance the quality of our work products by deploying innovative technologies“, commented Matthias Hamburg after the elections.
