Yell's (hibu Group) products and services in the UK include the Yellow Pages printed directories, their website & their operator-assisted telephone information service. Maintaining, developing and releasing new and innovative products is complex & time consuming, and many of Yell's key systems need to be highly integrated and able to deal with surges in usage so Yell approached Sogeti for assistance.
Initiailly, Sogeti was able to review their QA processes and make recommendations to improve them and then over time we cultivated a deep partnership within a Managed Testing Service that enabled Yell to see a significant reduction in the cost of their testing efforts and ensure a high standard of delivery.
