We view ourselves as consultants rather than testers. This means that while we value solid technical expertise, we also place emphasis on the wider range of communication and interaction skills required to deliver results to our clients.
As our consultants become more experienced, we are happy to offer them opportunities to lead teams, manage client relationships or become expert in a specific area of testing.
We have 4 consultant levels within our company:
- Consultants enable the successful delivery of Sogeti software testing solutions by carrying out testing activities to our high standards.
- Principal Consultants either lead the delivery of testing projects to our high standards as a team manager, or provide expertise in a specialised area of testing, such as test automation, as part of a team.
- Managing Consultants are either responsible for the commercially viable delivery of complex testing projects, or provide clients with strategic insights into their testing activity or a specialised area of testing.
- Solutions Directors are accountable for the revenue, profitability and success of multiple testing projects within Sogeti and, through their industry expertise, provide clients with strategic insights that help them increase the value of their testing activity.
